Sanderford Law Office, LLC was founded in 1990 by attorney John R. Sanderford.  The firm currently has over 4,000 estate planning clients in almost a dozen States.

The firm provides a wide variety of estate planning services which includes drafting documents such as: Living Trusts; Wills; Beneficiary Deeds; Health Care and/or Financial Power of Attorneys.  Sanderford Law Office, LLC prepares Form 709 (Gift), Form 706 (Estate) and Form 1041 (Estate and Trust Income) tax returns.  The firm will also provide trust administration services.  Finally, we do provide probate administration services when effective estate planning has not been completed prior to death or incapacity.  We regularly review and update existing estate plans.  We recommend that you have your plan reviewed at least every 10 years.   

We offer free initial consultations with an experienced estate planning attorney, at no charge.  This consultation will include a complete review of your existing estate planning documents and very understandable information about your estate planning needs and options.    All fees for document services are quoted in advance, in writing, before the work begins.  Sanderford Law Office, LLC now has 2 convenient locations where we meet with clients.  The main office is by Liberty located at the intersection of I-35 and Highway 152.  The office is physically located between the Bob Evans Restaurant and the Hampton Inn in the State Farm building at 8549 N.
